These optimized particle shapes and sizes minimize the “pump-out effect,” ensuring excellent adhesion to surfaces and resulting in extremely low thermal transfer resistance.

The optimized particle shapes and sizes enable Duronaut to be applied in very thin layers, enhancing adhesion and minimizing thermal resistance. This thin application layer, coupled with the high conductivity of the aluminum micro and zinc oxide nanoparticle mix, ensures efficient heat transfer between the heat source (e.g., a CPU) and the cooler.
