The XE04-SP5 has five heat pipes with a diameter of 6 mm, made from copper, ensuring excellent heat dissipation efficiency. The accompanying aluminium fins provide effective heat dissipation, keeping your system stable and delivering maximum performance even under heavy load. With a TDP of 400 W, the processor cooler offers immense cooling reserves, making it ideal for demanding applications.
Strong Cooling with a Powerful Fan
The XE04-SP5 is equipped with a 92-mm fan featuring 4-pin PWM control. This allows precise adjustment of the fan speed from 1,500 to 5,000 RPM, tailoring the cooling performance exactly to your CPU’s current temperature.
