1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
Product is Dead on Arrival (DOA)
Incorrect product delivered
Product has a verified manufacturing defect
Order cancelled as per our cancellation terms
All refunds are subject to product inspection and approval.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
Product has been used or installed
Physical damage or mishandling is found
Accessories, packaging, or invoice are missing
Return is requested due to change of mind or personal preference
Warranty issues covered directly by the manufacturer
3. Order Cancellation Refunds

The following deductions may apply:
5% cancellation charge after dispatch
3% modification charge after dispatch
2% payment gateway/convenience fee (for prepaid cancellations)
5% deduction for EMI-based payments (as charged by financing partners)
Applicable charges will be adjusted before processing the refund.

5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are initiated after the returned product is received and verified
Processing time: 5–7 working days
Bank processing time may vary depending on your payment provider
6. Failed or Cancelled Orders
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to:
Stock unavailability
Pricing errors
Technical issues
A 100% refund will be issued automatically.
