Terms & Conditions – Gigani Gears
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or placing an order on giganigears.com, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
2. About Us
Gigani Gears is a marketing and distribution company for computer hardware, electronics, and accessories.
We are not the manufacturer of the products sold unless explicitly stated.
3. Orders & Pricing
All orders are subject to product availability and order confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:
Pricing errors
Stock unavailability
Payment issues
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
4. Invoicing & GST
All products are sold with valid GST invoices.
Customers requiring GST billing must provide their GST details at checkout.
Invoices cannot be modified after dispatch.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after payment confirmation.
Delivery timelines depend on courier partners and location.
Customers must provide accurate delivery details to avoid delays.
All orders are insured before shipping.
If your package arrives damaged during transit, Gigani Gears will cover the loss and provide a replacement or resolution at no additional cost.
Please report any transit damage within 24–48 hours of delivery, along with photos/videos of the package and product, so we can assist you quickly.

6. Cancellations & Modifications
Before Shipping
Order cancellation or modification: No charge
After Shipping
Cancellation: 5% fee
Modification: 3% fee
Prepaid Order Processing Fee
A 2% convenience fee may be deducted for buyer-requested cancellations before dispatch.
EMI Orders
Orders placed using EMI services may incur a 5% deduction if cancelled.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
7. Returns, Replacement & Refunds
Requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and accessories.
Refunds are initiated after inspection and may take 5–7 working days.
Returns are not accepted for:
Used products
Physical damage
Missing parts/accessories
Change of mind or personal preference
8. Warranty & RMA
Products carry manufacturer or brand warranty only unless stated otherwise.
Warranty type is generally carry-in service.
Customers may need to contact the brand’s service center directly.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Physical damage, mishandling, or tampering voids warranty.
Repair or replacement decisions are made by the manufacturer.
Shipping charges for warranty claims may be borne by the customer unless covered by brand policy.
9. Special Product Conditions
Computer components do not form a complete PC system unless specified.
Gaming chairs are eligible for part replacement only, not refunds.
For Dead on Arrival (DOA) claims, all original parts and accessories must be returned.
10. Website Usage
All website content is owned by Gigani Gears and protected by copyright.
Unauthorized copying, reuse, or redistribution is prohibited.
We may update, suspend, or modify services at any time.
11. Privacy
We respect your privacy.
Customer information is used only for order processing and support and is not sold or shared with third parties, except where required for payment or delivery services.
12. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for accuracy and reliable service, Gigani Gears shall not be responsible for indirect or incidental losses arising from product use or website access, except as required by law.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes are subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
